Shipping policy

At Anu Raina, we strive to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) however some could take up to 7-10 business days for reasons such as customizations, material availability etc.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Import Tariffs

Any import duties will be the responsibility of the recipient. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location order value and are exclusive of import duties.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 3–7 business days

USA: 5–10 business days

Europe: 10-15 business days 

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., postal delays, customs).
